Gravitate Accounting are based in Sheffield, and run one of the most exceptional client experiences out there for accountancy firms. Not only this, they’re ALWAYS looking to improve.
So when they had the very rare chance to get feedback from their client, they we’re so willing to take it on board and improve their services even further.
In the video below, Gravitate receive feedback on a proposal meeting.  This could have been genuine feedback from one of YOUR clients. They discuss how it made him feel, what you could have done better and what ONE THING would have made him sign there and then.
The client goes onto explain WHY getting him to sign there and then would have been such a relief for him. He even shares a line that could made that happen on the spot (it’s genius.)
So how did we do this?
Well….. by pure coincidence, a friend of mine – Lee Bestall – (and someone I coached years ago,) was in a proposal meeting with the two founders of Gravitate Accounting.
After the proposal meeting he called me and said… “James you’ll never guess what! My new accountant just sent me a proposal via GP”
So I then arranged a call with the guys from Gravitate to share his feedback with them, and AS A SURPRISE…. I brought Lee onto the call.
This was their reaction.
THIS….. IS…… GOLD!!! You never get to hear this directly from the client, and there are so many takeaways.
