Paul Edwards switches to Xero AutoInvoicing and saves hours and hours of time.

Finding the time to focus on your business is a challenge, especially over the last year with constant changes in legislation.

After working in various accounting roles, four years ago GoProposal member Paul Edwards set up Strength in Numbers to follow his dream of owning a practice that genuinely helped clients achieve their business and personal goals.

So how is Paul saving all this time?

In his mission to make onboarding clients as streamlined as possible, in order to have more time to focus on the personal service he wants to provide his clients, Paul has helped pioneer our latest feature – AutoInvoicing

This innate integration means that each time a proposal is accepted, GoProposal will send details through to Quickbooks or Xero to generate the invoice for your client.

All of your repeating invoices can now be handled from your app, “It is so easy to set up, I simply had to click a few buttons.”

Paul is appreciative of the extra time this gives him as he is currently running his practice single-handedly. “The integration just pulls everything over for me, it’s saving me so much time and allowing me to focus on bigger tasks.”

Being a forward-thinking, tech-savvy accountant, Paul has Xero integrated with his practice management software, meaning all of his contacts are on hand ready to go. “Once it’s done one month, I don’t have to worry about it anymore, it’s just all there in Xero.”

This feature is now live across all of your apps, so go ahead and switch it on and let us know how much time it saves your firm.
